The OfficeWarden app for Windows.

Install it on each PC you want looked after. It needs your office's licence key, which is on your dashboard once you have signed up.

Run the fileIf Windows says "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway.
Approve itClick Yes on the administrator prompt. The app installs and opens.
Enter your keyType your office's licence key and choose Activate. It is on your dashboard under Add a PC.
DoneThe PC shows up on your dashboard within a minute and keeps itself up to date from then on.
Installing without a screenFor scripted installs the key can be entered from a command window: OfficeWarden.exe --activate YOUR-KEY
Removing itUninstall from Windows Settings → Apps like any other program, then remove the PC on your dashboard to free its place.
