The free trial

Every office can try OfficeWarden for 14 days before paying anything, so you can see whether it suits you first.

Monthly payments

You can cancel at any time. The service carries on until the end of the month already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

When we refund

• If you were charged by mistake, or charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid month, we refund that month in full.
• If the service was unavailable for a long stretch through our fault, we refund the affected days.

How to ask

Write to support@officewarden.com from the email address on your account, with your office name. We reply within 2 working days, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
