The app itself

Small, signed and in your control.

Signed updatesEvery update is signed by OfficeWarden. The app checks its signature, size and fingerprint before running it, and refuses anything that does not match.

Safe fixes, all loggedFixes never delete documents or personal files, and every one is written to the fixes log on the PC and on your dashboard.

Visible, not hiddenA tray icon is always shown, so people know the PC is looked after. Screen sharing uses Windows Quick Assist and only starts when the person at the PC agrees.
