What this covers
How Avensiq Ventures handles information through the OfficeWarden website, dashboard and Windows app.
Information about your account
- Your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Your office's name, plan and billing records.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or the "Get help" button.
Information about your PCs
The app reads the health of the machine: hardware details, disk condition and space, load, temperatures, crashes, security settings, network quality, backup status, when the PC was on and in use, and the names and versions of installed and start-up programs.
It never records which apps people use, websites visited, window titles, keystrokes, screenshots, file names or file contents, emails, messages, passwords or network traffic.
How it is used
- To show your office the health of its PCs and to fix problems.
- To run your account, bill you and answer your questions.
- To keep the service secure and improve it.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept and for how long
Detailed readings stay on each PC for 90 days. The website keeps 5-minute summaries for 90 days and daily summaries for 13 months. Account records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax law requires.
Who can see it
The accounts in your office, and our staff when they need to support your office or keep the service running. Service providers we use (such as hosting and payment processing) only see what they need to provide their service.
Your choices
You can see, export or delete your office's data, and correct your account details. Write to support@officewarden.com.
Cookies
The website uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers your light or dark theme choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
